Financial Architect, Andrew Gardner founded Investors Edge Finance in Feb 2002 to provide specialist assistance, education, support and structured finance for property investors.

Andrew commenced his investment career in 1975, through the years he has invested in residential, commercial and developments in Victoria, interstate and abroad.

He has developed a class leading property analysis software program which was sold over 5000 copies through Harvey Norman, Officeworks and a number of other national distributors, he has written books and coached and mentored thousands of property investors around Australia and overseas over the past 13 years.

He and his extensive network of industry specialists assist property investors achieve extraordinary investment success.

Investors Edge Finance's predecessor Investors Finance Group was founded in February 2002 with the specific goal of helping property investors from first time investors to the professional access carefully crafted investment finance.
