So, how do you choose between the three programs?
Bronze Non-Member Option
If you feel confident that you have all the skills, contacts, knowledge and networks to make consistently sound investment choices then the Non-Member option may be the most appropriate option.
Bronze will give you a finance structure that will:
- Improve your cashflow as the shortfall (negative cashflow) is no longer taken from your after tax dollars (salary)
- Optimise your tax refund as every deductible item is captured, recorded and claimed as only a tiny number of investors manage
- Make better use of your income from all sources to accelerate the reduction in your home loan

Silver Support Program Option
Silver is most suited to property investors who already have some level of investment knowledge and prefer not to commit to attending the monthly education sessions conducted under the Platinum model.
This option is also well suited to those who prefer not to network with their peers and industry experts. It suits those who prefer a close working relationship between themselves and Financial Architect, Andrew Gardner industry experts are commissioned on a needs/fee basis.
Silver support includes:
- Points 1 - 8 above
- An initial induction training workshop where new members undergo an initial education workshop on the fundamentals of property investment and proven investment strategies covering a diverse range of topics including:
- Asset selection where members learn how to distinguish high performance properties from duds using proven industry accepted norms and mythologies
- Property Inspection Checklist and scoring system training to enable members to benchmark their existing portfolio against the optimum property most suited to their circumstances. The Checklist is also an invaluable tool providing an objective basis to determine the retention and acquisition of every property to ensure every property held or under consideration meets prescribed performance/returns.
- Money flow tactics and cashflow strategies to optimise the effects on the new implemented finance structures
- Self Managed Super funds — who they are most suited to, how they work, how to optimise tax and asset protection mechanisms
- Tax principles: how to determine tax deductibility
- Review of the state of the market
- Tips, tricks of the trade and simple calculation formulas to give you an on-the-spot feel for returns/performance
- Skills test and review as required to ensure every member leaves with the required skill base to move to the next level
- Property review program where members use their newly acquired skills to evaluate properties under consideration to send in pertinent information which I review and provide feedback giving members an objective, dispassionate assessment of the suitability of property under consideration for their circumstances/needs/objectives.
- Referral to affiliate members of our panel of industry experts to assist with issues investors confront from time to time, giving comfort that no matter what the issue is, help is at hand
- Ongoing support as per attached matrix Silver also includes access to and training in the use of:
- Investors Edge Property Checklist and Scoring System — High gain properties
- Investors Edge Calculators: Profit/loss, long term projections, CGT and depreciation
- Access to Private Members website containing recording and presentation notes of Platinum sessions, software/calculator updates

Platinum Support Program Option
Platinum is Investors Edge’s most popular support program with 3 out of 4 new clients requesting consideration for this option, but it is not for everyone. If you are not comfortable interacting, giving and sharing experiences and information with other property investors, this program is not for you.
To protect of the culture and ambiance Investors Edge has cultivated over the past 3 years that has enabled the group to grow from an initial six members to in excess of 100 members today Platinum is not offered to every new client.
